Reviews/Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Finally! This is recipe is so easy to follow because I just throw everything in together then boom done! I made this for Super Bowl LV. I like mine all dark, crunchy/crispy on the top! This was difficult to write down and think about because I hate measuring and it takes a lot of time to do so. You really just have to wing it and taste based off of what you like and how you like it (I like spicy)!

What do I need to do?

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Taste or add seasonings (salt/pepper).

  4. Bake for 20 minutes (top with extra cheese, if desired).

  5. Serve with celery/carrots, chips, add bacon or ranch on the side.

What do I need?

  • 1/2 Cup Kolby Jack Cheese

  • 1-2 Cups of Chicken (I buy this from Publix, cooked).

  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce Sauce

  • Drizzle of Sriracha Sauce (to your liking for more spice).

  • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Spoonful of Sour Cream (makes it creamy-like).

  • 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
