I do not wear make-up everyday so I wanted to share my top essentials list for products that I use almost everyday and cannot go without. I used to have perfect skin up until after undergrad school (I am slowly but surely working on it though). The only thing missing for me is a good skin moisturizer. I have not found one that works for my semi-oily skin yet. Any suggestions?

1. Body & Soul by Simone (Exfoliating Scrub) $12: Gives me a glow out of this world! I rinse with warm-water. I alternate this and my cleanser everyday. #blackbusiness #blackgirlsrock
2. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser $7: I am sure that everybody knows of or has tried this, huh? I use this either in the morning or at night (once a day) and it leaves your face feeling so soft. No strong smell or overbearing scent.
3. E.l.f. Clear Brow & Lash Mascara $2: So easy to use and brings your brows back to life in just seconds. Try it, I dare ya!
4. Freeman's Oil Absorbing mint+lemon Mask $5: Do you have an instant breakout? This gives me a refreshing feel. Put it on at night for 10-12 minutes and by the morning time you will see and feel the difference. I use this to wash and go in the morning too when I am feeling lazy.
5. GG Brows Hot Choc Brow Pencil $18 & Clear Gloss $12: I use this to fill in my brows in-between appointments and nothing else. My lips are always poppin! #blackowned #blackgirlmagic
6. Louis Vuitton Rose des Vents $255: I died for this scent when I discovered this in Texas, it gives you soft and sexy vibes. I feel "supa fancy" when I wear this, plus refills in-store less than $100 after the initial purchase. Put it on your Christmas list or Tory Burch's signature fragrance $130.

7. Mario Badescu's Rosewater $7-$12
8. Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipes $6
9. Pore Cleansing: Indian Healing Clay $8 (add tea trea oil, lemon, & ACV)
10. Thayers Witch Hazel $11
Disclaimer: None of these are all used together at once, so find your niche.
I have tried chemical peels ($100+) and they worked (but I hated the downtime of peeling).
Prescribed: Benzoyl Peroxide, Clindamycin topical gel, Dermalogica (in-store), and Tretinoin in the past but they all were too strong, burned my face or made my skin irritated and red.
