Finally! After two months, I am able to give y'all what you've been asking for. Sorry for the wait!

This is NOT a roux or cream sauce macaroni recipe. My baked macaroni and cheese is of course seasoned and super cheesy how I like it; cut-back on either one of these if you do not prefer.
This is a base recipe that you can change up and freestyle with in the kitchen to make your very own. Refer back to TikTok or shoot me a message for any additional questions. Enjoy!
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 45 min
Total Time: 60 min
Servings: 10-12
What ingredients do you need?
Butter, Salted (I use) or Unsalted — One Stick (4 oz.)
Chicken Broth — (2) 32oz. to Boil
Egg — (1 Large)
Elbow Noodles — (1 lb.)
Cheese+Shred by Kraft (Pepper jack, sharp cheddar, colby jack)— (1 Block, 1 Cup Each)
Cream Cheese OR Sour Cream — (1 Tbsp.)
Land O'Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream Pint Carton — (1 Cup, 8 oz.)
Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk Can — (¾ Cup)
Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs — (¼ Cup)
Seasonings: Black pepper, Garlic powder, Lawry's seasoning salt, Nature's seasoning blend, onion powder, paprika.— (No exact measurements per say, but preferably ½ Tbsp. each or more)
How do you prepare this?
Pre-heat oven to 400°.
Boil noodles in chicken broth, drain (leave slightly wet with some pasta water).
Use block cheese and shred with grater; do not buy the pre-shredded cheese.
Combine butter and noodles in a pan.
Add all seasonings to your liking, or not. Lol!
Then, add shredded cheese to mixture (save some for the top as well).
Add wet ingredients (sour cream and/or cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, evaporated milk, egg).
Mix well with large spoon.
Add/sprinkle more cheese on top then sprinkle the breadcrumbs last!
Place in oven for 35-45 minutes; broil the last 3-4 minutes.
Please Note/Tips:
-Yes! Cook noodles in broth first (al dente) but not all the way 8-10 minutes since it’ll already be cooking in the oven for about 40 minutes. We do not want the noodles mushy!
-I use Kraft cheese only, unfamiliar w/ other brands at this time. Gouda, swiss and mozzarella are great alternatives as well for cheese!
-I do not cover my macaroni and cheese with foil at anytime while in the oven. I like to see it cook! Broil instead, the last 3-4 minutes for the darker melted cheese color on top.
-Use room temperature liquid ingredients, not cold.
-Let sit/settle right after taking out of oven for 10 minutes for the best consistency.
-It is okay to "eye" your ingredients for this recipe, specifically. A little less or a little more will not hurt! Have fun with it!
